Girish Awaghade, also known as Girish Lata Pandharinath in various media, has been a journalist for the past 25 years, working across various media platforms. His journalism career began at the daily newspaper Dainik Prabhat. He later gained experience in the news division (infotainment) at channels like ETV, Mi Marathi, and Zee 24 Taas. Additionally, he has worked in various roles at newspapers such as Dainik Pudhari, Dainik Divya Marathi, Dainik Sakal, and Dainik Prabhat. He has nearly 9 years of experience as a Delhi correspondent and extensive experience working on the desks of both print media and news channels for a long period. He also wrote for a time for the daily newspapers Dainik Krushival and Dainik Ekmat. Furthermore, he contributes to various periodicals. He is also known as the author of two books: 'Aswasth Nondi' and 'Pausatla Sahyadri'.
